Medieval Cities of Romania 7 Days Tour

Day 1 - Bucharest
Welcome to Romania! We will pick you up at the airport and take you to check in at the coziest 3* hotel in Bucharest. During the afternoon there will be a panoramic tour of the capital city which includes: House of the People, wonderful parks and museums, the Opera House, the Athenaeum. Dinner will be served in one of the finest Romanian restaurants.

Day 2 - Bucharest - Slanic - Sinaia
In the morning we leave the capital behind and start our journey through the country. Our first stop will be Slanic city famous for its salt mine and museum. Using an elevator you will descend to a depth of about 200 meters. Don't forget to take a sweater or jacket, because the air is quite brisk.

Day 3 - Sinaia - Brasov - Bran
In Sinana, the pearl of mountain resort in Romania, we will visit the royal Peles Castle and than leave to explore the medieval Saxon City of Brasov. In Brasov after a panoramic tour we stop at the most famous landmark of Brasov - the Black Church, the largest gothic edifice in Southern Europe. Lunch in a traditional restaurant in Brasov and in the afternoon we leave for the legend city and castel of Dracula. Dinner and accommodation in 3* hotel in Bran.

Day 4 - Bran - Sibiu
After breakfast we leave for Sibiu (Hermannstadt in German) - it was the largest and wealthiest of the seven walled citadels built in the 12th century by German settlers known as Transylvanian Saxons. Sibiu is a pedestrian-friendly city with two easily accessible levels: the Upper town, home to most of Sibiu's historic sites, and the Lower town, lined with colorful houses on cobblestone streets and bounded by imposing city walls and defense towers overlooking the river Cibin. In this magical town we will visit: Sibiu’s Towers, The Great Square, Roman-Catholic Church, Brukenthal Palace
